iVendNext AI Gateway is a secure bring-your-own-AI bridge that connects your own AI assistant to your live iVendNext data over a single signed-in connection. There is nothing new for staff to learn and no separate login — each user signs in with their iVendNext credentials, and the assistant your team already trusts becomes the way they reach the business. iVendNext does not resell AI capacity; you keep your relationship with whichever assistant you use.

Retailers can ask plain-language questions across sales, stock, customers, suppliers, finance, and operations without choosing a screen first. The assistant drafts invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, and other documents from a request; runs existing reports and summarises the result; and builds refreshable dashboards inside iVendNext from one question. It reads PDFs, scanned supplier invoices, and photographed receipts in more than 80 languages and turns them into structured iVendNext records. Teams can save a question as a reusable skill and re-run it whenever they need it.

Every action runs inside the permissions each user already has in iVendNext, so the assistant cannot widen anyone's access. Records stay in iVendNext — only the specific answer leaves — and every action is recorded against a named user for 180 days. A master switch lets an administrator suspend all assistant access in one click. The result is lower training overhead, faster decisions, and real-time reporting your team can act on.
