The iVendNext WhatsApp Add-on connects iVendNext directly to WhatsApp Business, turning the messaging channel your customers already use into a working extension of the platform that already holds your customer, order, and inventory data. It is built in, not bolted on — order confirmations, delivery updates, invoice PDFs, and payment reminders are triggered by the lifecycle events happening inside iVendNext, while promotional campaigns are built, approved by Meta, and dispatched from iVendNext Desk. Two API backends are supported side by side — Meta Cloud API for full template, media, and interactive Flow capability, and WASender for simpler setup without Meta's approval cycle.

Retailers can deliver digital bill receipts in place of printed paper at the counter, send order confirmations the moment a sale is saved, and notify customers as their delivery moves from dispatch to delivered. Scheduled reminders are raised a configurable number of days before or after an invoice due date, with the PDF attached for one-tap viewing.
